Noa is a US-born leadership coach, group facilitator, and activist based in Israel/Palestine. Noa is active in organizations and projects building justice and equity in this land and around the world. For the last decade, Noa served as the Communications Director at Hand in Hand, an education-justice NGO. Noa was trained in Community Organizing and Public Narrative, a leadership storytelling practice at the Harvard Kennedy School with Professor Marshall Ganz, where she later taught. Public Narrative has cultivated her combined passions for social change, authentic leadership development, and storytelling. As a community organizing and Public Narrative trainer, Noa supports values-driven leaders and movement-builders to connect with their purpose, tell their stories, and move people to action.
